This east bay neighborhood that I'm staying in has been a pretty friendly place. i met one of the neighbors today- he was having a 'ten cents or less' yard sell to get rid of the various things one collects while living in the same home for 24 years. turns out they're "redeveloping this area too.
the really strange thing is that at the yard sale i was tempted to get you the ashtray that is shaped like lungs.. and well it turns out you already found it.
