We were in a massive parade today. Great turnout lots of joy.

We are our own exhibit but someone with a clipboard thought all bike riders were the same so they threw a couple adults and 3 kids into our slot with us. We got the green light and launched. They quickly realised they were out of thier depth. Y'see we were "Performing" on bikes. We scream across the road in well rehearsed patterns. Olive and Dingo are the frikkin Blue Angels. Every block the throng cheers our names as we push our bikes as hard as we can. The crowd thrills us so we thrill them by doing close passes, complete stops and shaking our booties... to Mettalica. lol Each block is a new stage. Nothing on that grill moves as fast as we do. So having random folks milling around on BMXs was very dangerous. We usually get placed in front of slower exhibits to eat up street in our own dedicated space. Today we had to ride very technical to keep from hitting people. One kid realised it would be less awkward if he did bunny hops. The crowd dug it. He is the only one of his group to finish the parade smiling. Hopefilly he aduditions for us in 18 years or so. Rosefest goers provided us tribute of many trinkets and foods. One kid gave me this flag. I was proud to put it on the Behemoth. At the end of the ride we were debrifing "Team Rando" on their achievement. We congratulated them on getting thru it and even let a couple of them on our bikes. One of the adults had a phone out taking pics of my ride.. "My friend in Florida loves your bike but has a big problem with your flag." I said "i left Florida because I found the people to be tragically ill informed. Your friend seems to be the poster child of those unfortunate munkypucks." Thats when i saw the phone had a live line open. He had called the guy. I heard Mr. Munkeepuck yelling and screaming (From Florida) but it was just noise. I had a cute date, new friends, and better things to do.
