The other day we did our balloon bash at a gig that featured a cover band.

 I couldn't finger out why I was so into the hideous 80'sand 90's radio tunes they were playing. Then I realized it was because they were playing the songs much heavier than the originals. I thought "Open Arms played with power chords? That song actually needed that. 
Afterwards I thanked the band and found out they are actually a country and western band. They learned the 30 songs just for that gig. I love it. Sometimes when you step out of your comfort zone it makes magic happen. Their version of "You spin me right round" could have had a mosh pit. Well played (slow clapping)
