cop dumping weed

Interesting...I was walking down the street and looked over as a cop car was driving by. I huge arm was hanging out the window dumping something out. I had just enough time to notice he was dumping about $50 worth of weed onto the street. I seen plenty of Texas cops do that maneuver before but never have I seen it from the outside the squad car perspective.
